Delivery
On Flamebox you find all recent Zippo lighters available in Europe. Flamebox has about 45% of all models in stock. These are shipped within 2 business days (after receipt of payment if you chose to pay via bank transfer). All other models are ordered in the European headquarters of Zippo. Flamebox receives deliveries weekly, so delivery time can be prolonged with 10 days. In exceptional cases, certain models (2%) aren't available at Zippo Europe. Then, they have to be ordered in the United States. In that case Flamebox personally contacts the customer to notify the delivery date, an alternative to discuss, whether to allow the order to cancel with full refund.
This is why we have our models indicate Zippo "Delivery 10 to 20 days". It is not possible for us to track and display the stock of Zippo Europe on the site. If you have any questions, you can always reach us at info@flamebox.be.
Delivery and handling costs
The buyer can choose to ship his order either at his home adress or at the address of a third party.
Flamebox undertakes orders as soon as possible to provide, upon receipt of payment. The average delivery time for products is 10 to 20 days. Please also check our Zippo delivery terms here.
Each delivery problem (damage or shortage of products) should be reported within 48 hours at +32(0)25696242. The article should be returned to us within 7 days after receipt of the packet.
Right of return
You can return goods without giving any reason within 7 days. The duration of this period begins upon receipt of the goods. Returns are on the account and risk of the buyer. The return should be addressed to: Cartographics bvba, Boekfos 16, 1730 Asse, Belgium.
For a valid return the items must be sealed and unopened, in the original packaging, and can't have traces of use.
